REGISTRATIONS OPEN

Registrations is now open to all wholesalers, travel agencies and OTAs that sell and package Pacific Island products. This is also open to those agencies that may be new to selling the Pacific Islands and are keen to explore opportunities to forge networks and business with tourism operators from the Pacific.

BUYER REGISTRATION FOR SPTE

Global and Pacific-based international buyers can register to participate at SPTE.

Pacific Tourism Organisation (SPTO) will review your submitted registration and assess whether you meet the Buyer Selection Criteria before you are formally confirmed to attend.

BUYER PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

There are two types of buyer participation present at SPTE . Please refer to the following for more information:

Pacific Tourism Organisation has a selection-based hosted buyer program.

Under this program, a buyer will receive a personal invitation from the Pacific Tourism Organisation to register as a buyer to attend SPTE.
A hosted buyer is eligible for a hosted accommodation and return airfares.
Buyer registration fee applies per company for a maximum 2 delegates with 1 appointment schedule

Pacific Tourism Organisation invites valued buyers that qualify under one of the required buyer types to register for SPTE. To support international buyers’ participation at SPTE, Pacific Tourism Organisation will subsidise SPTE attendance and waiver registration fees. Airfares and accommodation will be at the buyers own account.

Under this program, a buyer is eligible for FOC participation and is NOT required to pay the FJD $1,500.00 registraion fee
A valued buyer is eligible for FOC transfer shuttle from hotel to the SPTE venue
A valued buyer is eligible to stay at one of the designated hotel options offering discounted rates for SPTE delegates
Buyer registration allows for a maximum 2 delegates per company with 1 appointment schedule

INCLUSIONS

Items included in both buyer participation options are:

2 Morning teas, 2 lunches and 2 afternoon tea during appointment session days
Invitation to the Welcome cocktail (9th May) and Farewell cocktail (10th May)
Up to 50 pre-scheduled appointments per delegate over 2 days with 10-minute appointment slots
Delegate registration pack including SPTE Guide, Appointment schedule etc.
